Builders Automation Machinery (BAM) model 2220, stair wedge saw station automatically produces wood wedges used to lock stair treads and risers into slots cut into the stair stringers. Upright guide can hold up to 40 pieces of wood at a time, 900 wedges per hour. Can also cut glue blocks. Hands-free operation once cycle is started. Features a 2 HP saw with 12″ diameter blade that cuts pieces up to 9 1/2″ wide x 11 1/2″ long. Key start and emercency stop controls, scrap ejected under saw, discharge chute diverter separates wedges of different thicknesses into separate hoppers (hoppers supplied by user). Includes one year warranty. Weight 480 lbs, 3′ x 4′ x 8′ size. 208/220 volt, 3 phase electrical required. 110 PSI at 12 CFM (minimum 3/8″ diameter line) air required.
