Jay started in the industry building wall panels at Imperial Components in 1972 as a summer job. Jay has worked in industry related sales since 1988 when he co-founded the company with his father, Bob. Currently as Vice President of the company he is responsible for product development and customer relations; he is also one of three sales reps. Jay resides in Noblesville, IN with his wife Cathy, and they enjoy family time with their children, spouses, and five grandsons. An avid endurance, road-racing fan (think LeMans, Sebring, etc.) he continues to amaze those around him with a mostly clean driving record.
